Answer: Honestly, this question is not for a believer. If any Muslim brother has asked the question, he has done so because of the confusion of the atheists.The question is especially asked by those who are atheists, bloggers and leftist intellectuals. They are sowing the seeds of doubt among our naive Muslim young brothers through such questions. But there is no room for doubt. Allah said in the Qur'an: There is no creature on this earth whose sustenance is not in the hands of Allah. If the responsibility for everyone's livelihood is in God's hands, then why are the poor people of Africa dying without food? In fact, atheists do not read the Qur'an.
First of all, we have to understand what "Rizik" means. Rizik does not mean rice, pulses, wheat, flour, vegetables, fruits. In the Qur'an, Allah says that the Rizik is in my hand; The meaning of this word is wide. Many explanations of Rizik. For example, what people take in their mouths is Rizik. The knowledge, physical strength and beauty that Allah has given to man is also Rizik. On the other hand, the natural resources given by Allah are also a kind of Rizik.
Now I will say that Allah has given a lot of natural resources in Africa. Yet why are the people of Africa dying for lack of food. The reason behind this is the looting of the aggressive forces. Under the leadership of the United States, all the consumerist, capitalist forces at work are taking away the rizik of Africa.

Allah has given the Muslims of Africa the most Rizik. Diamond mines, gold mines, coal, iron, petrol are all in Africa. Rizik does not mean eating by mouth. Natural resources are the biggest rizik. And Allah Almighty has given most of this Rizik in Africa. Even after Allah gave so much Rizik to the people of Africa, they died without food. But who is taking away their Rizik? America is taking away. 
Liberia, Nigeria, Tanzania Who created the war situation in these countries? Of course America and Britain. For centuries, Africa was under colonial rule. One by one France, Dutch, English rule. And now American intervention is going on. So Allah is not responsible for the people of Africa dying without food. On the contrary, Allah Ta'ala has given the most sustenance to the innocent people of Africa and the capitalists are taking it away. If Islamic rule is established and wealth is fairly distributed, the people of Africa will be the richest and most prosperous.
